Mario has dedicated his professional practice to advising expatriates in their relocation process in Costa Rica with emphasis on the areas of immigration and corporate law, through the evacuation of consultations and design of effective immigration strategies in their process of settling in Costa Rica and Panama. With more than 10 years of experience, including attending to immigration and administrative processes before institutions such as the Caja Costarricense del Seguro Social, Dirección General de Migración y Extranjería, as well as naturalizations before the Supreme Electoral Tribunal and other procedures in various municipalities of the country. In the same way, his experience extends to proceedings before the Administrative Migration Tribunal and “amparo” of legality before the Contentious Administrative Court. Mario is dedicated to achieving processes with successful results in favor of the needs of customers.
